Let Certified Home Inspections Services do your home inspections and wood destroying organisms (WDO) reports for you! We have over 30+ years in the inspection business and in the building industry. We do a complete and thorough inspection of everything on your property – including wood destroying organisms, roof conditions, exterior and grounds, air conditioning and heating, electrical, and plumbing. Inspection excludes swimming pools, septic tanks, and spas. We can also do VA inspections and Uniform Wind Mitigation Inspections! We are also NACHI certified.
Stand alone WDO’s $145.00 on 1500 sq. ft. slab – if crawlspace $175.00.
